This treatment starts with a posture analysis to locate imbalances that can better pinpoint the areas causing pain and to discover muscular dysfunction. Followed by varying methods of trigger point therapy to alleviate any adhesions and bound fascia. The end goal is to increase range of motion, increase blood flow and eliminate noxious proprioceptive pain and get you back to a higher quality of life! Patient should be aware that there may be some discomfort as fascia and muscle tissue release tension.
The treatment is performed in loose gym attire or yoga clothes.
